"July 2008. We used Florida Transport to allow the adults a night off from driving when we headed out for a Dinner Show. The service was so good we used them a further three times. \" Billy \" our driver provided a first class service and was ably supported by Indi, in the office, who even phoned the villa to inform us that the taxi would be slightly early. "August 2008 Whilst on vacation in Florida we had a few problems trying to get our hire car which was booked in the UK but the travel agent failed to issue us with a hire car voucher. Being the first time in Florida we were at a loss until we contacted Florida Transport. Here we met a wonderful driver named Billy, without him we would have been at a loss. We used this company for 5 days for shopping and to visit the theme parks. Billy you were amazing, an excellent first class service at all times. "We would highly recommend Florida Transport service.What a joy to know we were being picked up at Sanford airport,and not having to stand in a long queue for car hire and then to try and find our villa after a long flight with an early rise.Billy our driver was extremely helpful and managed to get us to our villa as quickly as possible, through a VERY heavy thunder storm and very busy traffic.We also asked Florida Transport to arrange our car hire for us. They picked us up the next day and took us to car hire and helped us fill in forms etc.Again on our return home Billy was there at the time we requested and it was nice to be asked all about our time in orlando! Hired car was great and saved us having to hire bigger car to get us to and from airport with all our luggage. "We got in contact with the company and got speaking to Indi who was great and talked us through everything. We got picked up by our driver at the airport and he took us to pick up our villa keys and stopped off at a supermarket to get groceries for 30 mins then took us to our villa. Our driver picked us up the next morning and brought us to pick up our hire car with sat nav, and he gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat. "Just back from a wonderful 3 weeks based in Kissimmee. The service provided by Florida Transport and the Team was nothing short of superb. Despite missing our connecting flight, our driver personally collected us the following morning, took us directly to the hire car firm in Old Town where we picked up a beautiful red Ford Mustang convertible. Then we followed him to our villa where he even helped us get the internet working! When we dropped the car back on our last day he was there waiting for us. Cannot recommend highly enough.
